We are so excited to welcome Brynne Weaver to our Grand Rapids event studio this summer! Brynne will be in conversation with author Erin A. Craig.

As you prepare for a fun night, here are a few extra notes to keep in mind:

• Tickets:

  • Tickets are required for this event.

  • You will receive a confirmation email (from Humanitix) with your ticket immediately after purchasing. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder and any other email inboxes that you have before reaching out.

  • Please note that 1 ticket = 1 attendee. There are two exceptions to this policy: attendees with children younger than 10 and attendees with caregivers.

• Books:

  • Brynne will pre-sign Harvest Season, and every attendee is guaranteed a signed copy with their ticket purchase. Attendees will receive their signed copy at the event.

  • We will have a variety of signed books by Brynne Weaver and Erin A. Craig available for purchase at the event.

• Signing Guidelines & Photo Guidelines:

  • Please note that this event includes a photo line ONLY. There will not be a signing/personalization line.

• Seating:

  • This event will include a combination of seating and standing. Seating is limited for the discussion/Q&A portion of this event.

    • Please note: Much like standing room at a concert, your ability to clearly see may be impacted by how far back you are standing. That said, you will be guaranteed to clearly hear Brynne and Erin speak no matter where you’re sitting/standing.

  • Attendees with accessibility needs will be guaranteed a seat, otherwise, seating is first-come-first-serve.

  • This event will begin as close to 6:30pm as possible.

  • This event will include an author discussion, audience Q&A, and will wrap up with a photo line.

  • Our store closes at 8:00pm, so all purchases must be made before then, however, we will remain open until the last attendee has had their chance to meet Brynne.

• No Longer Able to Attend?

  • If you are no longer able to attend this event, we ask that you refund/cancel your ticket(s) as soon as possible.

  • To cancel/refund your order, head to your order confirmation email, click "manage order", then follow the process for refunding/cancelling. This process should take less than two minutes.

  • If you choose to "contact host" to refund/cancel your order, you are welcome to do so, just please note that our event coordinator will receive this request, so it may take three to five business days for her to get to your request, depending on how many people reach out.

  • Refunds for your ticket are available up to 24 hours before the event.
