  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

🎉 Celebrate Culture, Community & the Planet – Right Here in BS5! 🌍

You’re invited to a joyful afternoon of sharing, connecting and celebrating everything that makes our community special - food, music, sustainability and culture.

We’re keeping things family-friendly and alcohol-free so that everyone can feel welcome.

Here’s what’s happening:

  • A delicious FREE shared meal made from donated food – come and eat together!

  • Live music to lift the atmosphere and get us moving

  • Workshops, storytelling and hands-on activities for all ages

  • A clothes swap – bring something pre-loved and find something new

  • A welcoming space to meet new people, share cultures and enjoy time together
