Football West’s club-focused webinar series through 2022 will provide practical advice and guidance on a range of topics that matter to the football community.

The Hyundai Building Stronger Clubs sessions will provide opportunity for discussion and information sharing between clubs to encourage growth and collaboration.

Each session will be devoted to a key topic and feature a panel discussion, Q&A and presentation from clubs, associations and industry leaders to provide valuable insights to the football community.

Digital Engagement, Technology & Marketing for Clubs - Wed 4 May 6:30-8pm - Online

In this technology age, how your club is presented online makes a difference in recruiting new players and making your existing members feel connected. Hear from clubs who are scoring goals through their social media presence and websites. We'll hear from those who manage their club's accounts, who can show you how achievable it is. Football West partner Computing Australia Group will also share their work with clubs in building professional looking websites. Veo will also share insights on their technological offerings to clubs.

Member Protection & Safeguarding within Clubs - Wed 18 May 6:30-8pm - Online

We are committed to environments that are safe, supportive and friendly for children, youth and vulnerable people. But how do we ensure that child safety is embedded at all levels of the sport and that people in football are treated with respect dignity and are protected from bullying, discrimination, harassment or abuse? We'll hear from a club Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) and industry leaders on strategies and tips to make our club environments safe.

How to find Sponsors & Fundraise - Wed 8 June 6:30-8pm - Online

Sponsorship and fundraising is vital to the long term sustainability of a club. But how do we find a sponsor/partner? What should you do to provide them value? What are easy ways to get funds through the door so the club can thrive? Hear from a club who has 10x their sponsorship return through some basic practices. We'll also be joined by the Australian Sports Foundation and other experts

Disability, Inclusion and the Football for all movement in Clubs - Wed 22 June 6:30-8pm - Online

Clubs are the best place to encourage positive behavioural and attitudinal changes towards disability and inclusion. This interactive session will allow clubs to engage with industry experts and hear from advocates who are leading the way in the disability football space. The workshop will lead into the Disability Inclusion Round being celebrated Friday 24 – Sunday 26 June 2022
