BTHC pres. Pender Street Steppers (Mood Hut/CAN)

We’re all up in the place once again to present another extra special BTHC dance initiative with maximum potential. It’s the Mood Hut’s PENDER STREET STEPPERS back in the spot for round four! This time around we’re starting early to capture some sun with the homies on the river!

You know how it goes. These G’s are a cornerstone piece in the vast and interconnected Mood Hut Records puzzle. PSS (Jack J & Liam Butler) have carved out an inimitable sound, first gracing our ears through the sublime mixtape "Life in the Zone.” 90 minutes of pure original Pender sounds which set the blazed out trail for their future outputs and DJ sets. From then a wave of glistening and dubbed out offerings came on wax, each release bringing something new but remaining beautifully on their own path. This energy is also seen in their impeccable DJ stylings, showcased on the regular with their infallible NTS Radio show and perfectly crafted DJ sets in their hometown Vancouver and beyond.
