Business Tune Up

Businesses have lots of parts the come together to achieve success. Just like a car needs a tune up or service to make sure things are working well. You should tune your business to make sure it is running properly.

Whether you are an experienced businessperson, or you are just starting out, join The Van Diemen Project’s Director, Chris Davis in a session designed to show you the key drivers of your business and what you should be looking at on a regular basis, to keep your business running like a dream.

Chris will show you how to review all aspects of your business, from finances, human resources, to sales and marketing. During this workshop will walk you through how diagnose the things that can help your business be efficient

This workshop will help you revisit and update your business plan with templates tools and processes to take control of your business.

The workshop will go through:

The tasks you do to make sure your business performs,
Identify your strengths and areas that could be improved, and
Actions and strategies that you can take to implement the improvements that you've identified.

This Business Tune Up session is part of the Australian Government Small Business Advisory Service (ASBAS). To be eligible for ASBAS, you must be for profit, have an ABN, and employ 19 employees or less.
