How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Christmas is nearly here and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Your admission ticket includes, one raffle ticket for a single or two for a family.  Additional tickets will be available on the night.  It also includes dinner, pies and pizza are on the menu!

The bar will be open, with alcohol and soft drink available. No BYO alcohol please. BYO wine glasses, chairs and picnic rugs.
Please bring your own drink bottles (or alternative children's drinks).

Face painting and a balloonologist will be there for the kids as well!

We also have a special guest attending for the kids, SANTA!!
Please bring a max $10 gift for each child attending.  Each present is to be wrapped and clearly labelled with first and last names.  Presents are to be discretely in the boxes wrapped with Christmas paper.
