Build Business Systems with AI

Every business has a job that lives in one person's head. In this four-hour workshop you run that job through Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, compare what you get and find out which works best for you and what you do. Then you build a simple system around it.

You practise with the features of each tool, and we teach privacy, safety and prompting in each. It's in person and hands on, on your own laptop, with J Norness and a helper walking the tables. No hype and no sales pitch. We are a not-for-profit with no software to sell.

You leave with:

• Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot compared on your own work, and a clear view of which one suits you and what you do

• Privacy and safety settings checked in each tool, and a way of prompting that works in all three

• Personal instructions, so every new chat in the tool you pick starts already knowing your business

• One job from your week written up as a one-page process

• A workspace that holds your processes and helps write the next one: a Project in ChatGPT and Claude, a Notebook in Copilot

No coding or AI experience needed.

What to bring

Bring your charged laptop, the AI logins you have and one job from your week that only you know how to do. We'll help you set up free ChatGPT and Claude accounts on the day, though you may hit usage limits if you do a lot of work in the session. To use Copilot's full features, you'll need a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. Check that your work account shows M365 Copilot (Premium) and that you can sign in on the laptop you're bringing.
