Most people open Claude, ask it a few things, and never get past the novelty. The gap is not the tool. It is that nobody has set it up around the way your business runs.

This is a four-hour session built for business. We start from scratch, so it is fine if you have never used an AI tool before. You will spend the time working on your own business, and leave with Claude working the way you do.

What you'll do
The session is hands on throughout. You will get Claude set up properly, learn to prompt it well for business work, and build a few things you can keep using:

Personalised instructions, so Claude answers in your business context rather than in general
Two working skills for tasks you do often, like quotes, client emails or reporting
A look at connectors, so you know how Claude fits with the tools your work already lives in

We keep the pace steady, so first-timers can follow and people with some experience still get plenty to take away.

Who is it for?
Business owners, managers and teams who want Claude doing real work, not just answering questions. You don't need to code or be technical, and you don't need any prior AI experience.

What to bring
Your laptop, your Claude account, and a real task from your work you'd like to make easier. We'll help you set up an account on the day if you don't have one. A paid Claude plan is preferable if you want to keep working without hitting usage limits.
