Build a Chair: Power Tools 101, The ReCreators Green Space, Friday 11 July 10am-4pm

Get ready for a fun-filled day of building and learning! In this awesome hands-on workshop, kids will learn how to safely use real power tools like drills, saws, and sanders while building their own chair to take home!

Our friendly and experienced instructors will guide you step by step, so no experience is needed. You'll learn cool skills and be creative with your project — it's the perfect mix of learning and fun!

What to Bring and Wear:

• Closed-toe shoes

• Comfy clothes (not too loose)

• A jacket or hat if it's chilly — some parts may be outside!

• Snack, lunch and Water Bottle

What We’ll Cover:

• A fun safety chat before we start

• How to use each tool safely

• Step-by-step building instructions

• Help whenever you need it
