✦ Class Description ✦

Transform physical conditioning into an undeniable instrument of power exchange. In this session, Doc Domina breaks down how health, wellness, and fitness serve as a foundational framework for structuring your D/s dynamic. You'll explore how to integrate custom nutrition protocols and physical fitness routines as meaningful channels for protocol, reward, and discipline. Learn how to align physical health with dynamic devotion to build a stronger, more disciplined submissive. This workshop gives you the tools to bridge the gap between daily self-care and structured submission.
