A free, hands-on AI workshop for local businesses

Want to save time, streamline everyday tasks and discover what AI could actually do for your business?

AI is rapidly changing the way businesses operate, but for many business owners the biggest question is still: where do I start?

Clarence Valley Council, in partnership with nbn, Microsoft and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), invites you to a practical, hands-on workshop exploring how AI can help you save time, streamline everyday tasks and work more efficiently.

Whether you're completely new to AI or have already started experimenting with it, this workshop will help you move beyond the hype and start applying AI to real business challenges.

Guided by a Microsoft-certified trainer, you'll explore Microsoft AI tools and start building your own AI agent to tackle a real challenge in your business.

What you'll get from the workshop

This is a practical workshop designed to help you move from curious about AI to actually using it in your business.

By attending, you’ll:

Save time and work smarter by identifying everyday tasks and processes where AI could help.
Build your own AI agent around a real challenge or opportunity in your business.
Get hands-on experience with Microsoft AI tools, guided by a Microsoft-certified trainer.
Learn practical ways to improve productivity and efficiency, rather than simply hearing about AI.
Build confidence using AI safely and responsibly, even if you’re just getting started.
Receive a 30-day Microsoft 365 Copilot trial licence so you can continue experimenting after the workshop.
Keep learning after the event with access to a follow-up online clinic, practical resources and guided learning modules.
