A budget is a plan of how money will be used to achieve a group’s goals. Preparing a budget is essential for determining if a plan, project, or program is feasible and provides a means for measuring results and performance.
This session covers the fundamentals of budgeting for community groups, outlines steps for formulating project and program budgets, and introduces a budgeting tool for forward planning and managing program success.

· Volunteers responsible for budgeting and reporting
Individual residents or those from local community groups, clubs and not-for-profit groups may register. Please note this workshop is not intended for businesses.
