Are you keen to enjoy the Australian bush, but not quite sure about it?
Are you worried about snakes or spiders?
Join us for a free guided walk through Granite Hills Park with ecologist Rob. Discover native plants and animals, learn about snake and spider safety, use your senses to connect with nature and learn some bush safety tips. We’ll answer your questions to help you feel safe and confident in nature. This activity is perfect whether you have been in Australia a little or a long time, and want to learn more about Australian bush.
The track has a steep start, but we'll walk at a relaxed pace. It is suitable for individuals, groups or families.
We'll begin with a cuppa of bush tea together, then set off to explore the reserve and enjoy the beautiful views!
