Migrant Talent Connector is not for profit organization in Tasmania that helps skilled migrants gain employment successes. We hold a soft skills workshop every month where relevant soft skills are practiced through case studies to give an essence of actual workplace scenarios to the participants.

Following the July 2026 Workshop, we will help you practice more of practical scenarios in the Australian work space covering the following categories:

🚦 Setting Boundaries
Learn how to say no professionally when your workload is full.

🤝 Handling Difficult Conversations
Deliver bad news calmly while maintaining trust and credibility.

📈 Managing Up
Know when and how to keep your manager informed of your progress.

We'll break into groups to practice!

Please bring one or two scenarios from your work/study environment that we can discuss in the workshop and learn from each other as well.

🚀 Secure your spot today and take your career to the next level!
