Build the Confidence to Secure Flexible Work That Actually Works, Without Settling for Less Than You’re Worth

If you’ve tweaked your CV more times than you can count, or lost track of the applications you’ve sent, and you still can’t find a role that uses your skills and fits around your life, the problem isn’t you.

The job market simply wasn’t built with women’s lived experience in mind, and flexibility, or the needs of women returning to paid work after a break, rarely feature in a job ad.

In this free 90-minute online session, Lynn Houmdi shares the confidence strategy behind how hundreds of women have found flexible roles that use their experience and match their values, the strategy that generic career advice misses entirely. Drawing on her (work)life blend methodology, you’ll leave with practical mindset shifts you can apply straight away, whether you’ve been out of work for six months or six years.

You'll walk away knowing...

How to stop thinking about confidence as something you either have or don’t, and start treating it as a strategy you can build
Why “imposter syndrome” is not a medical syndrome, and what is actually happening instead
A practical way to turn pre-interview or pre-application nerves into something that works for you, not against you

Towards the end of the session, Lynn will share details of Flex Your Way, her six-week group programme for women ready to go further in finding work that works. There’s no obligation to stay for that part, and no pressure either way.

One previous programme participant, who started a new role after almost six years away from work, said: “I never thought I’d be able to find something that worked, was a happy environment and didn’t terrify me, so thank you, thank you, thank you.”

This session will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live, you can still sign up and watch the recording for a limited period afterwards. And if you know someone else weighing up her next move, feel free to bring a friend. Sometimes it’s easier to take that first step with someone beside you.
