The Be Connected Program is all about helping you feel more confident and comfortable using technology—without the jargon or pressure. Our monthly workshops are hands-on, easy-going, and designed to help you get the most out of your phone, tablet, or computer.

Each session is packed with practical tips you can start using straight away. Whether you want to video call family, send photos, shop online, or finally understand what all those apps do, we’ve got you covered. And don’t worry—there are no silly questions here!

Across the monthly workshops, you’ll explore things like:

Using your device with confidence
Email, video calls, and staying in touch
Online shopping, banking, and booking services
Spotting scams and staying safe online
Fun stuff too—photos, music, videos, and apps

Sessions are relaxed, friendly, and perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a refresher. Go at your own pace, have a laugh, ask questions, and enjoy learning something new each month.

The Be Connected Program is about building skills, boosting confidence, and staying connected—one friendly workshop at a time.

You will need to bring a laptop or tablet to use during these 'hands on sessions'. If you don't have one, please let us know and we can provide one.
