🌼Bring your flower power!🪻 Inspired by the upcoming Flora Fest in Waiuku.
Join us for a fun, hands-on afternoon creating your very own DIY flower press.
You’ll get everything you need to build and decorate your press - using waste MDF kindly prepped by the talented folks at the Waiuku Community Workshop. Once you’ve drilled and screwed it together (you’ll get to use real tools!), you’ll bring it to life with a splash of recycled Resene paint to add your own style.
Perfect for those who love collecting, green thumbs and crafty people.
Recommended for ages 14+ (you’ll be using drills and sanders, so a bit of confidence required).
What to bring:
Closed toe shoes
Clothes you don’t mind getting paint on
Any flowers you'd like to press.
