Workshop: Build a Bee Hotel with Tracey Bool
Event description
Join local horticulturist and Canberra Weekly gardening writer Tracey Bool as she shares her passion and expertise on building beneficial native bee and insect hotels. Learn how to construct a hotel, where to place it in your garden and how to maintain it to keep your buzzing friends happy.
You will make the components of the hotel during the workshop to take home, so you can set up in your own ‘air-bee-n-bee’ in your garden.
This is a family friendly workshop. Children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult. Please wear sturdy enclosed shoes. All required materials included.
