‘Building a Resilient and Capable Mindset’ Online Workshop Series

This series of online workshops offers a fun, safe and supportive environment where participants can explore ways to tune in to their inner selves, understand their personal goals, and develop resilience. This workshop series will be held virtually over six sessions, allowing participants to get to know one another, offer support and share experiences.

This workshop series will cover:

Getting to know you – what are your goals?
The Wheel of Life – understanding where you most need to build capacity and resilience
Values and beliefs – what is your core purpose?
Negative self-talk – understanding what is holding you back
Stepping out of your comfort zone
Tips and tricks for reducing stress.

These sessions will be facilitated by Fiona Demark. Fiona is a qualified Social Worker, Life Coach, and professional public speaker. Fiona has lived experience of vision loss and is passionate about helping individuals to develop the skills and confidence to thrive and achieve their goals.

· Session 1: Tuesday 29th October, 5:30pm - 7:30pm

· Session 2: Tuesday 12th November 5:30pm - 6:30pm

· Session 3: Tuesday 19th November 5:30pm - 6:30pm

· Session 4: Tuesday 26th November 5:30pm - 6:30pm

· Session 5: Tuesday 3rd December 5:30pm - 6:30pm

· Session 6: Tuesday 10th December 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Registration will be for the entire series only (not individual sessions).
