Event description

Raising the next generation with confidence, a series of parenting workshops. Four workshops will be delivered throughout 2024 for the Waimakariri community. The focus of these workshops will be on specific topics to help parents and caregivers find their confidence in raising the next generation, explore the important issues affecting families across the district and help connect a community of like-minded parents and caregivers. 

Speaker: John Quinn, Director of Performance Wellbeing. 
John has spent the last 20+ years working in the education, community and high-performance system with young people. His work has been focused on helping them build a toolbox to manage not just life but high performance, with a focus on building resilience and a growth mindset.
