Join us for this lunchbox session to hear more about the upcoming WorkUP workforce survey to support a strong and healthy workforce.

With growing pressure and demand in the sector, it is critical to understand recruitment and retention pressures in the workforce and effective and impactful solutions. WorkUP remains committed to working with the sector towards supporting and building a healthier and sustainable workforce.

The session will outline the key purpose of the survey, how the collected data will be used, the important role your input will play in addressing workforce challenges, and the potential benefits for the sector as a whole

This free info session will be presented collaboratively by WorkUP, Ronan Analytics, and Infinite Potential. There will also be time to answer any questions you might have to ensure you feel confident and informed about participating.

About the presenter/s

Dr John Chan, Infinite Potential

John is a leading voice and thought leader in workplace burnout and sustainability. Sally Clarke, Infinite Potential

​Sally Clarke is an expert, author and keynote speaker on burnout prevention and wellbeing, and Senior Consultant at Infinite Potential. Her mission is to embed wellbeing at work so burnout becomes a redundant term. She is the author of two Amazon bestselling books on burnout, and co-hosts the popular We are Human Leaders podcast. She writes regularly on topics including leadership, spirituality and wellbeing at work and beyond.

Jeff Pang, Managing Director, Ronan Analytics

Jeff is a Digital Leadership expert practitioner and Digital Transformation advocate with 25 years of data analytics practice across various state and federal public sector departments and industries. Before launching Ronan Analytics in 2019, Jeff was the former Director for the Systems Performance Unit with the QLD Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services.

Jeff is passionate about data governance (including data ethics) and is committed to developing data quality initiatives for informed decision-making.
