Join Doug Bercu, Co-owner Timer Development Corp. with more than 40 years of shopping center experience; Developed 45+ shopping centers in over 16 states with more than $350 million in development & acquisition, and author of "Developing & Redeveloping a Neighborhood Shopping Center" and "Developing & Brokering Retail Properties";  to learn the basics of shopping center development, acquisition, and renovation in today's retail environment. From land acquisition, market study, leasing, loans and everything it takes to successfully develop a retail shopping center will be covered in this two (2) day class.

Ralph Conti, has over 50 years of real estate experience. Seasoned Real Estate Developer  with a demonstrated history in  a mix of asset classes across the United States with heavy concentration in mixed use and retail. Skilled in Acquisitions and Dispositions, Sourcing Debt and Equity, Joint Ventures, Entitlements, Leasing and Development, Strategic Planning , Feasibility Analysis, Asset Management, and overall Real Estate Finance. 

By the end of class, you will have the understanding and knowledge to assist and guide your clients/customers through the ups and downs; ins & outs; any other various hurtles in developing a retail shopping center.
