Join us for an inspiring and interactive evening designed to celebrate and empower women in project management while recognising and welcoming the invaluable support of men as allies. This inclusive and diverse event provides a platform to share experiences, build connections, and drive professional growth within a supportive community.

Evening Highlights

The event will kick off with a warm welcome and an engaging icebreaker session, including a group photo and an introduction to Women in Project Management (WiPM) PMINZ. Participants are invited to contribute to the Success Wall, a creative space to showcase career milestones, personal breakthroughs, leadership highlights, and continuous learning achievements.

Helen is an expert in business coaching, time management, leadership, and personal development. Passionate about empowering individuals and creating lasting impact, Helen combines professionalism, motivation, and approachability in every interaction. With extensive experience in guiding business owners and professionals to maximise their potential, Helen specialises in strategic approaches that fast-track success in both business and life.

"Turning Points in My PM Journey" by Renata Pompermayer Candido Ferreira.

Renata is an accomplished project manager with over 30 years of experience across construction, finance, and HR industries. She has led complex infrastructure projects, mentored emerging professionals as a PMI volunteer, and champions empathy-driven leadership inspired by the philosophy of Ubuntu. Currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management, Renata is committed to fostering diversity, adaptability, and collaboration, bringing a global perspective and passion for empowering teams to achieve shared success.
