    Event description

Building meaningful products - the MVP (Minimum viable product)

Want to unlock the secrets of crafting exceptional products that stand the test of time?

This workshop is designed to help you understand what mindset and steps are needed to start building great products.

The difference between a good product and a great one lies in the mindset and methodologies employed during its creation. Great products are deeply considered, and thrive from experimentation. This session will equip yourself with the insights and strategies needs to embark on the journey of building truly remarkable products.

You'll learn about building product mindset and culture from Harry Simmonds at Founder Park, who has had an incredible career working for some of the world's largest and most innovative tech companies. He has led product teams working on some of the worlds best products at Apple - Apple Vision Pro, HomePod and Siri, and previously worked at Dawn Aerospace, leading the development of the Mission Control system for the Mk-II Aurora Spaceplane. This included building out a new flight control system (HOTAS), and Heads up Display for the Mk-II program.
