What does a mentally healthy workplace look like - and, more importantly, how can YOU create one?

PressGo and Impact Hub Waikato are joining forces during Mental Health Awareness Week to bring you this practical and uplifting community event, designed to help you to build psychological safety in your physical or remote workplaces.

We’ll start by refreshing your understanding of stress, before exploring 6 key ways to complete your body’s natural stress cycle - enabling you to move through stressful situations with awareness and ease, and be emotionally available to support others in times of need.

Then, we'll look into how you - as a team leader or manager, can create a mentally healthy workplace for your team members and employees.

This event is free of charge, and a complimentary morning tea at Impact Hub Waikato is included. Tickets are limited to 25 people, don’t miss out! (Subject to alert levels).
