Building New Beginnings
Event description
This is an exciting time for the YWCA of Union County as we prepare to move into our new home in Elizabeth after rebuilding the facility following a devastating fire in 2019! This will allow us to better serve the community and provide expanded domestic violence programs to our clients.
In celebration, we are planning our annual gala – Building New Beginnings on Thursday, October 24th at the Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, NJ. To thank many of the key supporters that made this milestone possible, we will recognize the following honorees at the event:

- Pinnacle Construction Group, Reopen Award
- Westfield Foundation, Reopen Award
- City of Elizabeth, Revive Award
- Janet L. Pegg Foundation, Revive Award
The Mistress of Ceremonies will be Brittany Bell from ABC News and a new video will be showcased, spotlighting our residential program.
