Based on the latest research, Anke explains how resilience is built and what erodes it, both in real life and as part of children's online experiences. She provides parents with the information they need to keep their children safe and thriving.
Anke is known for her down-to-earth, realistic and calm approach, and the practical advice busy parents can implement straight away.
