Fatherhood doesn't come with a manual, but it does come with support.

Dad's Den is a supportive space where men can explore their identities, build meaningful connections, and develop practical tools for communication and personal growth. This program is designed to accommodate both those who are ready to share and those who may not yet feel comfortable opening up, ensuring that everyone feels included and valued.

Free refreshments and light snacks provided
