Building the Practice of Giving and Receiving Feedback
Description
Giving and receiving feedback is one of the most ordinary and most consequential practices in any group.
In this session, we’ll explore feedback not as a performance tool or a corrective process, but as a living practice of being in relationship. When feedback is held well, it can strengthen trust, deepen clarity, and support growth. When it isn’t, it can easily reinforce silence, avoidance, or harm.
This session will include reflection, practical language and approaches, and space to consider how feedback is currently moving, or not moving, in your team or organization. We will explore how to relate to feedback as an ongoing practice of staying in connection while also being real.
All of our offerings are designed to be financially accessible. At the same time, this work requires real resources to continue. If you have the means, we invite you to invest in this space so we can keep offering it in a way that is sustainable.
