Uncover and articulate why your business exists, what you do, what you stand for and how to tell your story to your target audience.

Develop your brand strategy to increase your brand's position and positive perception in the market
Develop your marketing strategy to reach prospective customers
Explore your company value proposition and articulate the benefits you are delivering to customers to buy your products or services

The facilitator of this topic, ECU's Executive Education Team at the School of Business and Law is dedicated to providing impactful workshops tailored to help small businesses in Western Australia thrive through sustainable growth.
