Building your business to get what you really want
Event description
You started your business for a reason.
It may have been to pursue your passion, or to gain financial independence. Maybe you wanted more discretionary time for life, or even to make a little difference in the world.
However, it's common that the constant demands of running an SME can feel like you've bought yourself a job, and your aspirations get further and further away.
Join us for this interactive session where we will explore the fundamentals of how to build a resilient, sustainable and scalable business with the adapt way.
We'll also be joined by Shane Addis, Managing Director at ERGT Australia, to discuss his own journey to building the business that gives him what he wants.
In this session you'll get insight into the importance of:
- Being clear on what you want from your business.
- How to build leadership beyond yourself.
- How to design a strategy for success.
- How to build culture beyond yourself.
- How to develop high performing people and teams.
- How to build your systems and processes.
The adapt team will also give an overview into how we help small and medium business owners to build resilient, sustainable and scalable businesses, delivering on what they really want.
This event will be hosted at Inspire9, a light-filled coworking office in Melbourne's vibrant suburb of Richmond, on Thursday 25th July from 5pm-7pm. We will finish with a few drinks while forging valuable connections with like-minded small-medium business owners and leaders.
