Leadership isn't built through a single promotion, qualification or job title.

It's shaped through the experiences we pursue, the challenges we navigate, the relationships we build and the opportunities we choose to embrace.

Join Gen Collective for an inspiring lunch event featuring accomplished Hunter leaders who will share the lessons, decisions and experiences that have shaped their leadership journeys.

Through honest conversation and practical insights, our panel will explore how leadership is developed over time, not just through career progression, but through the collection of experiences that influence who we are and how we lead.

Whether you're an emerging leader looking to accelerate your growth, an established professional seeking to broaden your impact, or simply someone curious about what leadership can look like beyond a job title, this event will challenge you to think differently about the leadership portfolio you're building.
