What is a Theory of Change? And why do you need one?

Impact entrepreneurs have strong purpose, with the intention to support people and the planet. A clear 'Theory of Change' helps to define and specify the outlines on how they actually intend to create the impact on the world. It offers a framework that defines your "Why" and how you can logically get there.

In this 90 minute workshop Paul Kerssens, co-founder of Impact Hub Waikato, will walk us through the basics of how to create your own clear and actionable Theory of Change (ToC).

This will support you and your team to:

- Give your purpose direction

- Tell the story of your impact; to funders, customers and stakeholders.

- Clarify your impact offering

- And support you to measure that impact

We look forward to seeing you there!
