No one builds a life alone. From settling into a new community to raising a family, advancing your career and looking after your wellbeing, having the right support can make all the difference.

The Migrant Women Professional Network, in partnership with and proudly sponsored by The City of Adelaide as part of Welcome Week 2026, invites you to an engaging panel discussion exploring the practical support available to migrant women across South Australia.

Hear directly from organisations working with our community as they share insights on settlement and community services, workplace rights, wellbeing, local opportunities, and ways to build meaningful connections. Discover how these organisations can support you at different stages of your journey and help you build your own village.

Our panel of speakers will be announced soon — stay tuned as we introduce the organisations and people joining the conversation!

Whether you've recently arrived or have called South Australia home for many years, this session will help you better understand where to turn for support, navigate available services, and build a strong network that supports both your personal and professional journey.

You'll leave with:

A better understanding of the services and support available across South Australia.
Practical tips for navigating work, community life and wellbeing.
New connections with organisations and fellow migrant women.
Greater confidence to access opportunities and build your own village.

Please note: This event is designed specifically for migrant women.

This is a free community event with limited places. If you register and are no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration or let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else. Your consideration helps ensure more women in our community have the opportunity to attend.
