Learn the basics of sourdough fermentation and starter care
Learn how to make a fermented pancake batter
Cook your sourdough Katmi pancake
Fill your own Katmi pancake with sweet and savoury options
Enjoy your pancake in a relaxed social environment

Through Sonya’s Nurtured Kitchen, she runs cooking workshops focused on food literacy and practical skills that make healthy cooking easier and more approachable.
