Beginning with sunset snacks on the lawn, the experience unfolds beneath the open sky before guests move into the historic woolshed for a shared beef feast celebrating the rich pastoral heritage of the Gascoyne.

Native ingredients, open flames and the raw beauty of the outback combine in a dining experience that feels grounded, soulful and uniquely Australian. Thoughtfully paired wines from Dream Bird Wines, live music and a late-night DJ set bring warmth and energy to the evening, creating a celebration that lingers long after the fire fades.
