Bullying in the Workplace
Event description
This workshop, delivered by Inclusive Counselling Collective, will focus on addressing the issue of bullying within the workplace. The workshop will provide practical tips to address bullying as well as discuss the underlying feelings associated with having experienced bullying.
The aim of this workshop is to:
· Explore the various forms and manifestations of workplace bullying and its impact on individuals.
· Learn how to identify signs of bullying behaviour and distinguish it from other forms of conflict or disagreement.
· Examine the psychological, emotional, and physical effects of workplace bullying on victims and bystanders.
· Gain an understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding workplace bullying, including relevant policies and procedures.
· Explore ways to support individuals who have experienced or are experiencing bullying and provide resources on where to seek further support.
This is a FREE event. Please note, Y Connect events are only for women and gender diverse people living with disability.

When: Wednesday, 28 February, 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Where: In-person and via Zoom. For people wanting to attend in-person, please go to level 3, City Library Building, 155 Herries Street, Toowoomba. For people wanting to attend via Zoom, the Zoom link will be emailed to you before the event.
Parking: Limited free parking is available under the venue.
