Free social event for young adults aged 18-25 (or close to). Meet people your age for free yoga class and coffee with Charissa at Liquidsong Yoga.

Join our yoga classes over Winter to stay fit and social! A space where you can relax and reconnect to yourself and others. Classes can be modified to suit all levels - so whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, this is for you!

Please bring a bottle of water and yoga mat if you have one. Stay back for a chat and get to know some new people. Come solo or bring a friend, all are welcome! It is a safe space for all young adults aged 18-25 (or close to). All genders welcome.

What to expect:
Meet at Yallo Dalyellup. You will be greeted by Bec and asked to complete a short 3 question sign in (name, age, photo consent). You can choose any spot in the room you feel comfortable to lay out your mat (or we can provide one if you do not own one). The yoga class will commence once everyone has arrived. After the class, you are invited to stay back and enjoy a free beverage from Promenade Cafe, provided Blue Leaf Initiative.
