Kickstart your weekend with a nourishing morning dedicated to self-care and connection! Join us for a fantastic morning filled with brunch, treats, music, and wholesome wellness activities to kickstart the year. Think mindfulness, gratitude, group discussions on self-care, and some wonderful freebies! This hour and a half is designed for you to enjoy good food, mindful conversation, and some gentle guidance on how to prioritise your wellbeing in the year ahead.

📍 Location: Queens Garden, Bunbury

Come solo or bring your friends—everyone aged 18-30 is welcome! It is a very laid back environment and a safe space for all young adults. Support workers are welcome.

What to Expect:
When you arrive at Queens Garden, look for the Blue Leaf sign. You will be greeted by a Blue Leaf staff member (Bec, Bronte or Leilani). You will then sign yourself in (Name, Age, Pronouns) and will be introduced to the group. You do not need to show any tickets on arrival. It is a very casual setting. Morning tea and all materials for activities will be provided.
