Bunyarabugalma Movement is a free workshop delivered by the Bunyarabugalma team. Bunyarabugalma Dreamtime Movements is a wellbeing resource developed by the Educators, Elders, and Parents of the Kids Caring for Country and Guyahyn Aboriginal Early Childhood Project- Projects of the Murwillumbah Community Centre guided by Bundjalung elders and community leaders. The 90-minute workshop combines therapeutic breathing techniques, stretching, Aboriginal language and animal postures practices, An Aboriginal - designed wellbeing resource for community to connect mind, body, and spirit. Our people have used animal postures, deep breathing and contemplation for wellbeing and healing through dance, song and ceremony for thousands and thousands of years.
