What should I expect from this class?
- After signing on via Zoom, participants will be invited to share in gentle somatic movement practices which are designed to release muscular tension, increase blood flow, and encourage relaxation.
- You will be offered options to explore different tools and strategies for focusing, connecting with your breath, and/or tuning into the experience of your body.
-
Our facilitators will always encourage you to engage in our sessions in a way that feels appropriate and supportive
for you. This may mean that you try everything we offer, only try some things, or explore your own variations
instead.
- All movement can be done wherever you are most comfortable, in whatever clothing you wish.
- No mat or props required
- You may like to have some water and any other items that resource you nearby. Â
What price is the session?
Sessions are free of charge however registration is required.Â
How do I access the online sessions? Â
The sessions will be facilitated online via Zoom. We will email you the link and password to the meeting with your registration confirmation. Â

challenges and is available for check-ins through the session.Â
