This is a masterlcass with an exciting twist! We’re thrilled to be joined by Burdekin Rum and Marionette Liqueur, bringing their renowned Australian craft to the bar experience. Hosted by Osk’s exceptional bar team alongside special guests Nick Tesar from Marionette and Jason Chan from Burdekin.
Why they’re special:
Burdekin Rum is made in the heart of North Queensland’s lush cane‑growing country, using fresh‑pressed sugar cane, their own pure spring water, and a special yeast blend to craft elegant, terroir‑driven spirits, including award‑winning cane spirits and aged rums—with international acclaim such as Double Gold at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Marionette Liqueur is a Melbourne‑born passion project from hospitality pros who elevate Australian produce—using local fruits like plums, oranges, berries, and more—to create liqueurs celebrated for their flavour, balance, and versatility in both classic and modern cocktails.
