Event description

Welcome to the 2nd edition of Burleigh battles 2024, a Streetworkout/calisthenics competition in Gold Coast Queensland. Situated at the famous Rudd Park bars, athletes from all across Australia will be competing against each other to test their strength. 

This year we have 3 categories

- Team based freestyle

- Womens freestyle

- Mens freestyle

The classic freestyle rounds will be:

1x rounds 30sec for qualifiers

2x alternating 45 sec rounds for the battles

Here is a brief timetable for the event (subject to change)

8am- athlete warmup

8:30- judges briefing

9:00- announcements and kick off for team based battles

11:00- Winners announcements

11:30- Womens freestyle kicks off

1:30- Womens winners announcement

1:45- Mens freestyle qualifying rounds

2:30- judges decisions and placings

2:45- Mens freestyle rounds start

4:30- Winners and announcements

5:00pm- packup
