WORKSHOP 1

Sensual Embodiment Workshop

Burlesque can be a powerful movement practice for self-honouring and confidence building. A means of joyfully reconnecting to your body — not as something to fix or control, but as something to feel, express, and trust and celebrate.
This workshop it all about encouraging you to gently soften self-judgement, explore your sensuality, and awaken a deeper sense of confidence from within
It is an ALL LEVELS workshop where we explore the fundamentals while holding connection to self at the heart of what we explore. No choreography in this class but just a few playful phrases to make your own.
It’s about meeting yourself honestly, gently, and with playful curiosity.

What to Bring

Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
Layers (to stay warm or peel back as you soften)
a shawl or light weight towel
Water bottle
Journal (optional)
Anything that helps you feel sensual or expressed (optional: scarf, heels, adornment pieces)
Dance heels or bare feet

WORKSHOP 2

Art of Playful Seduction Workshop

A playful, confidence-building workshop dedicated to learning the art of suggestion, tension and reveal.

We will explore our own sensuality, tease, reveal, presences & expression through embodied movement & short form strip tease choreography.

While Strip tease may feel intimidating rest assure this workshop will be held in an encouraging, safe and empowering container. The work we do is profound but it is also fun, light, and liberating.

We will close the workshop with a mini showcase for each other, offering a chance to step into visibility in a supportive, celebratory space.

No nudity is requested in this workshop - you are invited to layer clothing or underwear under your reveal item i.e a singlet under your reveal shirt or a bra.

No pressure. No perfection. Just play.

WORKSHOP 3

Cabaret & Dance Technique

This workshop is a faster paced technique heavy workshop in the genre of Jazz Ballet - Broadway. While this workshop is open to beginner dancers we are inviting these who want to challenge themselves in a faster paced class to deepen their technique and accuracy moving our focus from just the feeling and the embodiment to understanding the precision of dance mechanics.
We will learn great alignment exercises, technical drills and a short Broadway styled choreography that we will tighten and polish to be video ready at the end of class

A black brimmed hat - not cap (if you have one)

Water bottle
Journal (optional)
Dance heels or bare feet

You are always in control.
In my workshops there is never pressure to share, perform, or push beyond your edge.
I will only ever invite you to soften, to feel, and rediscover the power already within you.
