Preparation...

Upon registration you will receive and email and cal invite from kate@kateslay.com which includes the zoom link and a link to an online consent form. The form MUST be completed to take part in the breathwork.

Set up a sacred space at home, with a yoga mat or similar on the floor Wear comfy clothes you can really breath in and have layers nearby to keep you warm.

You might want a journal near by to jot down your experience afterwards.
