Burnout, wellbeing and the workplace workshop

If you are a business leader or people manager:
- Are you concerned about the risk of burnout for staff or yourself?
- Do you know how to identify and support staff who are struggling with burnout?
- Do you know what strategies can reduce the risk of burnout?
Join us for a one-off workshop run by Headlight Trustee, Mental Health educator and professional practitioner Merle Grimwood-Petterson.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, Merle will talk you through the warning signs of burn out, and help you learn the causes and the proven strategies that can support your staff and you to reduce the risk of burn out.Â
This is a special one off event for Mental Health Awareness Week. Spaces are limited to 15 people maximum.Â
All profits will go to support the work of Headlight to increase mental health skills and knowledge in our community so that people are better equipped to support their mental health and the mental wellbeing of those around them who are struggling.
