BURN THE HOUSE DOWN // OCT 27th // THE SODA FACTORY
We are stoked to announce the next installment of Burn The House Down, haunting The Soda Factory, Surry Hills on Sunday the 27th of October!!
The night will feature awesome live tunes from Vertebrae, Harriet and The Hags, and Sonnet and The Breadboys, as well as the incredible creative works from Abigail Hoyt, Archie Kavanagh Sharman, Mary-Kate Demertzis , Theo Carroll, Zoe Benjamin, and Zoe Papaioannou.
Your best Halloween attire is encouraged, all ghosts, ghouls and goblins are welcome!

Doors - 6:30pm
Vertebrae - 7:45pm
Harriet and The Hags - 8:45pm
Sonnet and The Breadboys - 9:45pm
This is an over 18s event.

Terms and Conditions:
- To be an eligible contestant for the competition you must have purchased a ticket for Burna Co's event Burn The House Down on the 27th of October 2024 prior to 11:59pm on the 11th of October 2024.
- You must also be over 18 and able to receive the prize at the Burn The House Down event on the 27th of October 2024.
- Three winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible contestants.
- The prize of one Burna Co t-shirt will be given to each winner.
- A representative of Burna Co will contact the three winners via email provided during the ticket sale.
- Winners will be announced on Burna Co's Instagram page.
- In accepting the prize the contestant agrees to be apart of promotional material inclusive of interviewing and photographing them as part of the previously mentioned promotional material.
- In the event Burna Co does not receive a response from a winner, a new winner will be selected.
- The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.
- The Promoter has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
- Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
- Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
