Notice of Burnie Works Ltd Annual General Meeting.

Burnie Works Ltd will hold their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 20 November 2024 at 4:30pm at The Point, West Park, Burnie Tasmania 7320.

At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to find out about Burnie Works, its operations and its finances.

At the meeting, members will be asked to:

• accept the Annual Report
• accept the Auditor’s Report
• accept the Annual Financial Statements
• appoint Veronica Terry as a Director of Burnie Works Limited
• appoint an auditor.

Interested members of the public are invited to attend.

A casual get-together will follow the AGM. Join us for refreshments and meet and talk with the board and staff. We’d love to see you there!
