The official launch of our flagship 2021 Tutelina Shiraz, Burning of the Canes marks the beginning of a new growing season, as pruned vineyard canes are set alight beneath the evening sky, symbolising renewal and new beginnings.

Be among the first to taste the new vintage of Tutelina, our Shiraz blend bringing together fruit from our Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek vineyards.

An intimate three-course feast by acclaimed chef Duncan Welgemoed will accompany the evening, with fine wine, fire and the vineyard as our backdrop.

Burning of the Canes promises a night of celebration and firelit magic, where food, wine and tradition come together under the stars.
