An awesome one day retreat for men, along the mighty Richmond River, an hour from Byron. A day carefully crafted to joyfully utilise movement of the body, breath, and mind, through various practices and techniques to cut away the deadwood, burn the old and cultivate a greater potential for new growth and evolution.

Zenthai Flow yoga session
Ice bath
